Membership of the Rewards Program is free. You will automatically become a Member of the Rewards Program when you create an account by signing up on the HIVAPE  website at www.hivape.co.nz. You must be 18 years or over to join.

You can earn points by purchasing our products or join our activities. Note the Rewards Program is applies to every product (except ALT and RELX) at this stage.

No worries, email [email protected] and they can have it resent to the email address registered to your account. Note: only you can view your Gift Voucher’s unique code.

You can view and spend your points online by logging into your customer account at www.hivape.co.nz/login. Next you will need to follow the instructions to convert your rewards points into a Gift Voucher that you can spend online. You must have at least 100 points to convert your points into a Gift Voucher.

1 Point = 5 Cent so 100 points = NZD 5.00

Points expire 6 months from the time they are issued.
